Jeff Gordon is a seasoned IT executive with over three decades of experience, specializing in aligning IT strategy with business goals to drive value and ensure effective execution. With 15 years of hands-on CIO experience in both private equity and corporate environments, Jeff has been part of several private equity transactions, each recognizing the professionalism, maturity, readiness, and alignment of the IT organization under his leadership. Similarly, at Ethicon Endo-Surgery (a J&J Medical Device Company), he built strong cross-functional relationships that were critical in leading a global PLM program and technology services, resulting in the deployment of a standard PLM architecture, key vendor partnerships, and significant cost savings.

In addition to his technical and strategic leadership, Jeff has built and led high-performing, customer service-oriented IT teams ranging from 60 to 100+  members, ensuring that IT services were aligned with business needs and delivered efficiently. His extensive background includes deploying comprehensive cybersecurity programs, such as at National Dentex Labs, where he implemented an IT security framework safeguarding operations across 60+ manufacturing sites.

Jeff’s career also includes a decade of consulting experience at Cap Gemini, where he collaborated with major clients like Johnson & Johnson, Procter & Gamble, IAMS, and GE Aircraft Engines.
